This is a picture of Ninar.

A man named Ninar Odisho was murdered on September 21st 2013.His death was important because it was about the future of Christians living Syria. On the evening before the massive civil war in Syria more than 200 Christian Assyrian families, around 1,000 individuals, lived in Tabqa. Almost all of them have left the country and are now living in Lebanon, others are in Germany. Only 3 families now remained in Tabqa. The rebels said that they would not be harmed, but they were. The rebels killed Ninar because he was Christian. The rebels did not want to openly that they were against non- Muslims. In addition, The rebels burned a cross into his face.
